FROM:  THRUWAY EXIT 23

    Interstate 787 North to 23rd Street, Watervliet/Green Island Exit.
    Turn right onto Lower Hudson Avenue.
    Turn right at next traffic light onto the Troy/Green Island Bridge.
    The Riverfront Professional Tower is the brick and black glass building on the right after crossing the bridge.
    Proceed through traffic light, turn right into the office building parking lot** which adjoins the Troy Medical Plaza.

FROM:  THRUWAY EXIT 24

    Interstate 87 North (the Northway) to Exit 7 (Route 7 East) to downtown Troy (6th Avenue).
    6th Avenue to Federal Street, turning right onto Federal Street.
    The Riverfront Professional Tower is the brick and black glass building on the left just before the traffic light.
    Turn left into office building parking lot** which adjoins the Troy Medical Plaza.

FROM:  ALBANY COUNTY AIRPORT

    From the airport, left on Albany-Shaker Road (Route 155) to the Northway (Interstate 87 North) to Exit 7 (Route 7 East) to downtown Troy (6th Avenue).
    6th Avenue to Federal Street, turning right onto Federal Street.
    The Riverfront Professional Tower is the brick and black glass building on the left just before the traffic light.
    Turn left into office building parking lot** which adjoins the Troy Medical Plaza.

FROM:  ALBANY-RENSSELAER AMTRAK STATION

    From the station, left onto East Street, Left onto Partition Street, left onto Broadway.
    Right onto Dunn Memorial Bridge to Interstate 787 North to 23rd Street, Watervliet/Green Island exit.
    Turn right onto Lower Hudson Avenue.
    Turn right at next traffic light onto the Troy/Green Island Bridge.
    The Riverfront Professional Tower is the brick and black glass building on the right after crossing the bridge.
    Proceed through traffic light, turn right into the office building parking lot** which adjoins the Troy Medical Plaza.

**NOTE:  Please inform the parking lot attendant/security guard that you are attending a meeting at the Division of Tax Appeals.
